Дом покупал во Флориде, две недели назад, занимал в Wells Fargo. Это не approval letter, а truth in lending disclosure. Не поймите превратно, всеми участвовавшими в сделки людьми я более-менее доволен, но вот банк меня серьезно разозлил.
