Да. Дрим сделала оригинальная команда ЖЖ, поэтому все очень похоже. Разница в терминологии. Лента называется reading, френды - circle. Можно открыть свою ленту для чтения, не подписываясь на чужой журнал, то есть в тернимах ЖЖ отношение "френд" не обязательно взаимное. Два больших удобства, которых нет в ЖЖ: можно импортировать все свои записи с другой платформы (напр., ЖЖ) и можно автоматически посылать свои новые записи в ЖЖ (и кучу других сервисов).
